The Baltimore Orioles were shut out for a second straight day by the Toronto Blue Jays 5-0 on this day in 1983.

Jim Clancy limited the Orioles to 3 hits for the game; he walked 2 and struck out 4 as well.

Mike Boddicker gave up 3 runs on 6 hits in 7 innings of work in taking the loss.

Cal Ripken, Jr (2) and John Shelby were the only Orioles to get hits in the game.
