Hello Orioles fans, happy July 4th, here is the daily prospect report for Tuesday, July 4th, 2017.

This season, I am following four Baltimore Orioles minor league prospects: RHP Jason Garcia (#20 per MLB Pipeline), RHP Jesus Liranzo (#14), OF Cedric Mullins (#17) and 3B Jomar Reyes (#9).  Each day I will provide a summary of their game performance.
